About Ingenio Technologies

We’ve been growing every year and have a fantastic client retention because of the guys and girls who work at Ingenio Technologies. We measure client satisfaction constantly, always striving for perfection. We value and invest in our colleagues by paying the living wage, have company social days or evenings, provide residential training in all the technologies we use, provide a free lunch every Friday for the whole team, free tea / coffee and have subsidised soft drinks (the small amount you pay goes to charity). Our office is close to local train and bus links and we have our own car parking.

What we do

We support our clients’ IT systems on a day to day basis. In addition, we provide and support VoIP telephone systems, cloud services such as Office 365, broadband connections and more. As well as investing in our staff, we invest into the operational software such as Connectwise, which makes us stand out from the crowd. We also get involved in project work, providing and installing PCs to servers and everything in between.

Launched in 2012, the Brighton & Hove Living Wage Campaign aims to encourage local businesses to voluntarily pay all employees a decent hourly rate. We are a proud supporter of living wage and offering our employees what they deserve to make a comfortable living.
